Nursing Care
Our Nursing Department is the heart of care of Valley View. We have an outstanding care team of RN's, LPN's, CNA's, and TMA's that continually work hard to put the individual needs of our residents first. Over the years we have been honored by various awards that recognize the exceptional care we provide.
Choice Dining
Our highly trained Dietary Department serves tasteful appetizing and nutritious home cooked meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We accommodate various food preferences.
Engaging Activities
Our Activity Department offers a wide variety of activities which include: music, gardening, pet therapy, bus outings, parties and games. Our golf cart is often used for scenic rides in town. The outdoor enclosed patio area is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of southeastern Minnesota. We have large group activities such as bingo, church services, musical entertainment, Bible study and weekly socials. For those with small group interests, we offer crafts, games, current events, reminiscing, senior fitness, or one on one visits from the staff.
Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
Our skilled therapy department can provide physical, occupational and speech therapy. Outpatient therapy is also provided to the community. Nursing staff also practice ongoing rehabilitative therapy to give each individual more mobility and freedom in their activities of daily living.
